Choco-Heath Delight

1 angel food cake, broken in pieces
1 lg. chocolate instant pudding, per package directions
1 lg. Cool Whip
1 jar chocolate fudge topping (for ice cream)
1 (6 bar) pkg. Heath bars, crushed

Layer in large glass bowl, in order given.
Make several layers.
Cover with Cool Whip.

Chill.

Apple Dew

2 packages crescent rolls
2 Granny Smith apples
2 cups sugar
2 sticks butter
1 tsp. vanilla
10-oz. Mountain Dew

Peel apples and slice itno 8 sections.
Separate crescent rolls and roll 1 apple slice in each.
Place in a 9x13-inch baking dish. Melt butter, add sugar and vanills; stir well and pour over rolls. Finally add Mountain Dew.
Bake at 350 for 40 minutes.

This recipe is so easy, takes 10 minutes to prepare and can be baking while you are eating dinner.

Serve warm with a little ice cream on top!!

Chocolate Cobbler

2 sticks butter or margarine
1 1/2 cups self-rising flour
1 1/2 cups sugar
3/4 cup milk
1 cup sugar
6 T. cocoa
3/4 cup hot water
3/4 cup milk

Melt the butter in a 9-by-13-inch pan.

Mix self-rising flour, 1 1/2 cups sugar and 3/4 cup milk; pour over the butter. Combine 1 cup sugar and the cocoa; sprinkle over the flour mixture.

Combine hot water and 3/4 cup milk; pour over the sugar mixture.

Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.

Good served with ice cream or whipped cream.

Cherry Crunch

1 package white cake mix
1 can (1pd.5oz.) cherry pie filling
1 teaspoon of Lemon Juice
1/2 cup of chop nuts (if desired)
1/2 cup (1 stick) of Butter ( melted)
Whip Cream, Ice Cream or Coffee Cream

Prepare heat to oven at 350

Spread pie filling into a 9 inch square pan.

Sprinkle with lemon Juice.
Sprinkle dry cake, nuts and butter over pie filling

Bake at 350 for 40 to 50 minutes until golden brown.

Serve with:
Whip Cream, Ice Cream or Coffee Cream..

* you can also use different pie filling...
* you can also leave out the nuts.

Cherry, Banana Nut Dessert

4 bananas peeled
whipped cream
12 walnut halves chopped
maraschino cherries

Dice bananas and place in dessert dishes.
Immediately before serving, top with whipped cream, nuts and cherries.

Easy Apple Crisp

2 cans apple pie filling
1/2 cup sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 Tbsp. water
2/3 cup oatmeal
1/4 cup flour
2/3 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup softened margarine

Mix the first four ingredients together well and pout into butter-greased 9x13 inch baking dish.
Mix the last four ingredients and crumble over the top of apple mixture.
Bake at 350 degrees F for 45-60 minutes.

Fruited Pudding Salad

1 sm. vanilla instant pudding mix
1 (15 oz.) can crushed pineapple
1 (8 oz.) mandarin oranges, drained
12 oz. whipped topping
3 bananas, sliced
2 C. miniature marshmallows

Combine dry pudding mix with undrained pineapple in bowl. Mix well.
Add oranges, whipped topping, bananas and marshmallows.

Chill until serving time.

Cracker Barrel Cherry Chocolate Cobbler

1−1/2 cups flour
1/2 cups sugar
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 cups butter
1 (6 oz.) pkg. Nestle's semi−sweet chocolate morsels
1/4 cups milk
1 egg
1 (21 oz.) can cherry pie filling
1/2 cups nuts, finely chopped

Preheat oven to 350F.
In large bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, salt and butter; cut with pastry blender until crumbs are size of large peas.

Strike Me Pink Dessert

1 C. Vanilla Wafers or Graham Cracker Crumbs
1 1/2 Sticks Butter
1 C. Confectioners' sugar
2 Eggs, separated
2 (10 oz.) pkgs. frozen strawberries,drained
1/2 pt. whipping cream or 1 pkg.Dream Whip
1/2 C. chopped nut meats

Butter and eggs should be at room temperature. Cream butter, add sugar and yolks. Beat until fluffy. Beat egg white stiff.

Fold into creamed mixture.

Butter an 8 x 9-inch pan, line with crumbs. Spread creamed mix over crumbs. Spoon gently. Spread nut meats over mixture.

Then strawberries. Cool Whip is next.

Then remaining crumbs.

Hostess Twinkies Dessert

10 Hostess Twinkies, slice in 1/2 long way

Put cream side up in 9 x 13 pan.
Put 2 cans chocolate pudding on top and cover with 12 ounce package Cool Whip.
Crush 2 Heath bars.
Spread over top.
Refrigerate overnight.

Frozen Oreo Cookie Dessert

20 oz. crushed Oreos
1/2 gallon softened vanilla ice cream
1 sm. can chocolate syrup
1 sm. Cool Whip
1 stick butter, melted
Salted cocktail peanuts

Mix butter with crushed Oreos and press into 9 x 13 inch pan.
Layer the ice cream, peanuts, syrup, Cool Whip on top of the Oreos.
Sprinkle Oreos on top and freeze until set.

Chocolate Eclair Desserts

24 low fat Graham crackers (about 1 box)
2 small boxes Fat-Free, Sugar-free instant Vanilla Pudding mix
3 cups Skim milk
1 (8 oz.) container Fat-free Cool Whip
1 small box Fat-Free, Sugar-free instant Chocolate Pudding mix
1 ½ cup Skim milk

Place 8 Graham crackers in bottom of 9 x 13 baking dish.

Mix Vanilla pudding and 3 cups of Skim milk, let sit for 2 minutes.
Gently fold in Cool Whip. Pour half of the Vanilla pudding mixture over Graham crackers.
Top with another 8 more Graham crackers. Pour remaining Vanilla pudding mixture.
Top with the last 8 Graham crackers.
