Pumpkin Harvest Bars

1-3/4 cups all-purpose flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon grated orange peel ...
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
3/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup Apple Sauce
1/2 cup solid-pack pumpkin
1 whole egg
1 egg white
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1/2 cup raisins
Preheat oven to 350°F.

ingredients:
water
white vinegar
Combine one part water and one part white vinegar in a spray bottle.
Then give it a shake and spritz those jack o' lanterns exposed areas (their insides and any cuts).
Since the acetic acid in vinegar kills over 90% of pumpkin rotting bacteria on contact...the jack o' lanterns will last longer...

Graveyard Pudding

3 1/2 cups cold milk
2 pkg (4 servings) Chocolate Instant Pudding and Pie Filling
1 tub (12 ounces) cool whip
1 package (16 ounces) chocolate sandwich cookies, crushed
Decorations: Assorted rectangular shaped sandwich cookies, cake mate decorating icingsand gels, candy corn and pumpkins.
Pour milk into large bowl. Add pudding mixes. Beat with the wire whisk orelectric mixer on lowest speed 2 minutes or until blended. Gently stir in whipped topping and 1/2 of the crushed cookies.
Spoon into 13x9 inch dish.Sprinkle with remaining crushed cookies.

Pumpkin Fudge

3 cups white sugar
1 cup milk
3 tablespoons light corn syrup
1/2 cup pumpkin puree
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup chopped walnuts (optional)
Butter or grease one 8x8 inch pan.
In a 3 quart saucepan, mix together sugar, milk, corn syrup, pumpkin and salt. Bring to a boil over high heat, stirring constantly. Reduce heat to medium and continue boiling. Do not stir.

Halloween Cookie Pizza

1 roll (16.5 oz) Pillsbury® refrigerated sugar cookies
1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
1 cup candy corn
1/2 cup raisins
1/4 cup vanilla ready-to-spread frosting (from 1-lb can)

Baked Cider Doughnuts

1 cup all-purpose flour
1 cup whole wheat flour
1/4 cup powdered milk
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
2 eggs, beaten
1 tablespoon honey
1 cup unsweetened apple juice concentrate, thawed 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Directions
Preheat oven to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C).
Lightly grease the doughnut pan with cooking spray.
In a large bowl, stir together the all-purpose flour, whole wheat flour, powdered milk, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg.

Pumpkin Brownies

1 cup oil
2 cups sugar
4 eggs
1 can pumpkin (not pumpkin pie)
Beat together until creamy.
Sift the following together:
2 cups flour
2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. cloves
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. baking powder
Stir dry ingredients into the creamed mixture. Pour into well sprayed jelly roll pan (cookie sheet).
Bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes or until toothpick inserted in middle comes out clean.
ICING:
8 oz. cream cheese
1 stick margarine, softened
2 tsp. leftover coffee
2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. salt
4 cups powdered sugar
