2 Cup Sugar
1 Cup Water
1/4 Teaspoon Anise extract
1 Teaspoon Vanilla extract or Vanilla Bean Extract
3 Drops yellow food coloring
1 Fifth vodka

Combine sugar and water in a pan and bring to a boil. Boil for 1 minute and immediately reduce heat. Simmer for 1 hour or until thickened. Remove from heat and cool.

Pour sugar−water syrup into a sterilized quart−size bottle. Add anise extract, vanilla and food coloring.

Stir gently and add the vodka.

Cover and let the mixture sit for 10 days to 2 weeks before serving

Apple Cider Floats

4 (1/4 cup) scoops vanilla ice cream
2 cups fresh apple cider

Place two scoops of ice cream into each glass

1 cup of apple cider into each glass, and serve.

Cape Cod Margarita

1.5 oz Tequila
0.5 oz Grand Marnier
1.5 oz Sour mix
2 oz Cranberry Juice

Mix all ingredients together.

Cupid's Love Potion

Ingredients
12-ounce can pink lemonade concentrate
1 cup raspberry sherbet
12-ounce can of lemon/lime soda (we used 7-Up)

In a pitcher, mix the lemonade concentrate with the recommended amount of water.

In a separate pitcher, combine the sherbet with 1 cup of the lemonade mixture.

 Add the soda, stir, and serve.
Makes 3 cups

Choco-Cinnamon Syrup

¾ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1½ tsp ground cinnamon
¾ cup warm water

In medium bowl blend honey with cocoa powder & cinnamon to form a paste. Blend in warm water. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.

To serve, stir 2 Tbs syrup or more to taste in 8 oz cold milk.

Makes 12 servings.

Bit O’ Honey Cyser

Ingredients
Ingredients for five gallons•
5 gallons fresh pressed sweet cider, tested and adjusted for acid.
2 pounds clover honey (or enough to bring the specific gravity up to approximately 1.065).
ale or mead (honey wine) yeast starter.

Procedure
Simmer the honey with a bit of cider over a low flame until the honey warms and thins. Pour a gallon of sweet cider into a sanitized glass carboy to its shoulders with sweet cider.

Berry Sparkler

Ingredients:
3 cups Ice
1½ cups Frozen Strawberries
1 12oz can Club Soda
1/3 cup Mint Syrup
¼ cup loosely packed Mint Leaves
2 Tbs Lemon Juice.

Mint Syrup:
¾ cup Sugar
¾ cup  Water
½ tsp. Mint Extract

Procedure
Combine the above in a blender. Cover an pulse until ice is crushed and all ingredients are well blended. Divide equally among 4 glasses. Served chilled.

Mint Syrup:
In small saucepan combine ¾ cup each sugar and water.
Bring to boiling over med-high heat. Boil 2 min.
Cool to room temperature.
Stir in ½ tsp. mint extract.

Creamsicle Punch

Ingredients
3 cans (6 oz) frozen orange juice concentrate
3 cans (6 oz) water
3 tablespoons vanilla
1 quart ginger ale
1 quart vanilla ice cream

Procedure
Blend all together, then add ice cream.
