Sangria
Red, White & Blue Sangria- Alchol

1 bottle chilled white wine (Rioja is a good choice)
1/2 cup peach schnapps
1 shot Cointreau or triple sec
1 cup diet 7UP
1/2 cup diet ginger ale
1 cup sliced strawberries (fresh or frozen)
1/2 cup raspberries (fresh or frozen)
1 cup blueberries (fresh or frozen)
Combine the chilled white wine, the peach schnapps and the Cointreau in a large pitcher and stir. Add the strawberries, raspberries and blueberries to the pitcher. Top with the 7UP and the ginger ale and stir
lightly to combine.
Pour into individual glasses.
Serves 6.

2 (750-ml) bottles white Spanish wine, such as Albarino (Galacia), Viura (Rioja), Verdejo (Rueda), or Sauvignon Blanc
1/2 cup Spanish brandy
1/4 cup Spanish orange liqueur
1 orange, juiced
1/2 cup superfine sugar
1/2 cup sliced fresh strawberries
1/2 orange, halved and thinly sliced
1/2 lemon, halved and thinly sliced
1/2 plum, pit removed and sliced into thin wedges
1/2 peach, pit removed and sliced into thin wedges
1 (10-ounce) bottle club soda, chilled

1 bottle Spanish cava, chilled
1/4 cup white grape juice
2 tablespoons brandy
2 tablespoons simple syrup
Ice cubes, for serving
1/2 cup sliced strawberries
8 mint leaves
Stir cava, grape juice, brandy, and simple syrup together in a pitcher.
Serve over ice, garnished with strawberries and mint.

White Sangria

Honeydew melon cut into chunks
Cantaloupe cut into chunks
Peaches cut into wedges
Star Fruit cut into slices
2 bottles fruity White Wine
Juice of 2 Lemons
1 bottle of Sparkling Water
Procedure
In a large glass pitcher, combine the fruit & lemon juice. Add the wine and stir well.
Cover & chill for about 2 hours.
Just before serving stir in the sparkling water.
Serve with toothpicks so guests can eat the fruit in their glass.
