Caramel Apple Cocktail (alchol)
Ingredients
1 Tbs. cinnamon sugar
1 wedge lemon
1½ cups apple cider
6 Tbs butterscotch schnapps (Or Apple Brandy such as Calvados)
1 bottle sparkling wine chilled
8 stemless maraschino cherries
Procedure
Spread cinnamon sugar onto a plate or small saucer. Run the lemon wedge along the rim of eight champagne glassses then dip rims into cinnamon sugar.
Shake off excess. Combine apple cider and schnapps or brandy in measuring cup.
Divide evenly among prepared glasses. Divide sparkling wine evenly among glasses.
Garnish each one with a maraschino cherry.
