½ c. pumpkin puree, canned or cooked from fresh...
¼ c. butter, soft...
¼ c. nonfat dry milk powder...
¼ c. brown sugar, packed...
1 tsp. cinnamon...
½-1 tsp. nutmeg...
¾ tsp. salt...
1/8 tsp. ground ginger...
2¾ c. bread flour...
2¼ tsp. active dry yeast (1 Packet)
Procedure
Place ingredients in bread machine pan in the order suggested by the manufacturer and select basic setting for a 1½ lb. loaf.
