Mexican Corn Bread

Ingredients
1 1/2 Cups Soy Milk
1/2 Cup Olive Oil
4 Eggs
2 Cups Spelt Flour
2 Cups Corn Meal
1 Cup Corn Flour (Polenta)
4 Tbsp. Honey
1/6 tsp. Cayenne Pepper
1 tsp. Cumin
2 1/2 tsp. Salt
4 tsp. Yeast
Procedure
Follow your machines instructions.
If your machine has a raisin bread cycle add this at the beep otherwise add after 2nd knead: 4 Tbsp. Chopped Green Chilies
This makes a Large Loaf
