Ingredients
1 1/3 C. Milk
1 Egg
1 1/4 tsp. Salt
1/4 C. Packed Brown Sugar
2 Tbsp. Shortening
1 1/2 tsp. Cinnamon
3 3/4 C. Flour
1 tsp. Yeast
1 C. Raisins

Select Sweet Cycle on Bread machine

Procedure
You could also add 1/4 Chopped nuts to the bread also.

NOTE: Add raisins at "Add Ingredients" Signal. Always put cinnamon In before the flour or in the middle of the flour.
If the cinnamon gets in direct contact with the yeast it will ruin the yeast.

Makes 1 large loaf
