Chocolate Raspberry Danish

Ingredients
1 1/3 C. water
3 Tbsp thawed Frozen Orange Juice concentrate
1 1/2 tsp Salt
3 Tbsp Sugar
3 Tbsp Butter
4 1/4 C All Purpose or bread machine Flour
1/4 C Unsweetened Cocoa
1 tsp Bread machine Yeast
1/4 C Raspberry jam
Procedure
Use Dough Cycle.
Measure all ingredients into the pan and set to dough cycle. After it runs thru take the dough out and place dough on a lightly floured surface and cover with a bowl. Let rest for about 10 to 15 minutes.
Roll dough into a 16 X 12 inch rectangle. Cut 12 strips, each 1" wide and 16" long.
On prepared baking sheet, beginning in the center, coil each strip into a circle, keeping the dough strips 1/4 " apart. Tuck the ends under.
Cover and let rise in warm, draft free place for 30 to 45 Minutes. Or till double in size. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Spread each danish center with 1/2 to 1 tsp Raspberry jam.
(or any flavor you like,Orange marmalade is real nice also.)
Bake 20 to 30 Minutes or until danish sounds hollow when tapped.
