No Fat Pineapple Upside Down Cake

1 - 20 oz. can of crushed pineapple in its own juice (juice and all)
1 Angel Food Cake Mix
Mix the two together well. (It will be foamy.) Pour in a sheet cake pan. I use a 9x13 inch sheet cake pan.
Do NOT grease the pan.
(The metal kind of pan seems to work better than the glass.) Bake according to the cake instructions. (About 30 mins.)
Check with a tooth pick or cake tester. Don't over or under cook. Cool. Turn over and out
on a tray. (The pineapple goes to the bottom while cooking.)
Store in the refrigerator. Top with fat free or low fat whipped topping and a cherry.

Remember The only two ingredients are the cake mix and the pineapple!
Forget everything else listed on the cake box except the temp that you bake the cake. Mix the dry cake mix and the pineapple (juice and all.)
