Ingredients
12 (#2 1/2) cans sweet potatoes or 2 (#10) cans
1 bag miniature marshmallows
1 lb. brown sugar
6 oz. orange juice concentrate
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 lb. butter

Procedure
Melt butter, marshmallows, brown sugar, and orange juice concentrate.  Put sweet potatoes through grinder; add to above mixture, and add cinnamon.
Heat in 325 degree oven for 1/2 hour or until hot.

Serves 55.
