Parsley Buttered Potatoes

Ingredients
15 lbs. potatoes, peeled
salt
1 1/2 cups parsley, chopped
2 cups butter, melted
Procedure
Boil the potatoes.
When cooked, add the salt, parsley and butter.
Shake to get the potatoes covered with the butter and parsley.
Servings: 45-50
