Parmesan Potatoes

Ingredients
12 large baking potatoes (approximately 6 lb.)
1/2 cup all purpose flour
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 tbsp. chopped parsley
salt and ground black pepper, to taste
2/3 cup butter or margarine, melted
Procedure
Preheat 18 quart Roaster Oven to 375 degrees F.
Peel potatoes; cut in half lengthwise.
Combine flour, cheese, parsley, salt and pepper; stir until blended.
Dip potatoes in melted butter, then in dry mixture to coat. Arrange potatoes on Rack. Set Rack in preheated Cook well.
Cover; bake 1 1/2 to 2 hours or until done.
Servings: 16-20
