Ingredients
1/4 cup cinnamon
2 tsp.nutmeg
1 teaspoon allspice
1 teaspoon ground ginger

Procedure
Fresh grind your own nutmeg. Once you grind the nutmeg, it should be used in about a month.
Mix together and store in spice container.
