Ingredients
Preheat Oven to 350 degrees.

Pull biscuit dough apart. You'll need 7 Biscuits. (Wrap extra dough in saran wrap and refrigerate for another time.) Roll out each of the seven biscuits into a 4 inch diameter..

Line each of seven large muffin tins with dough. ( Using a large muffin tin will give you a shallow wide shell.)

Prick dough on bottom to prevent over rising while baking.

Bake at 350 degrees for about  10 minutes. Timing may vary  depending on your oven. Cool and remove from muffin tins

Store in zip-lock baggie and refrigerate until ready to use.

Procedure

Tart Fillings:

1. Mini Chocolate Cream Pie~ Fill one tart shell with 1/3 Cup fat-free, sugar-free chocolate pudding. Top with 2 TBLSP fat-free whipped topping~~~ 3 POINTS

2. Lemon Tart~ Mix together 2 TBLSP. fat-free whipped topping and 1 TBLSP. lemon curd; fill tart cup with mixture and top with 1/3 cup blueberries~~ 3 POINTS

3. Creamy Strawberry Pie~ Fill tart shell with 1/4 cup sugar-free strawberry flavored gelatin. Top with 1/2 cup-sliced strawberries mixed with 3 TBLSP fat-free whipped topping.  3 POINTS

4. Blueberry Yogurt Tart~ Fill a tart shell with 1/2 cup light vanilla yogurt. Top with 1/3 cup blueberries.  3POINTS

5. Fruit and Cream Tart~ Mix together 1/4 cup fat-free sugar-free vanilla pudding, 1/4 cup chopped strawberries, 5 chopped grapes, and 2 TBLSP. fat-free whipped topping. 3 POINTS

6. Pineapple Tart~ Preheat broiler. Fill tart shell with 1/4 cup drained pineapple chunks (unsweetened). Sprinkle with 2 tsp. brown sugar; broil until sugar is melted. Top with 2 TBLSP. fat-free whipped topping  3 POINTS

7. Apple Tart~ In small saucepan combine 1 pared, cored and diced small apple., 3 TBLSP water, 1 TBLSP> granulated sugar, and 1/8 tsp. cinnamon. Bring to a boil; reduce heat and simmer until apple is softened; cool  Fold in 2 TBLSP. fat-free whipped topping and spoon into shell   3 POINTS
