Summer Pasta Salad

Ingredients
1½ Tbs Curry Powder
¼ tsp Cayenne Pepper
1 tsp Ground Cinnamon
½ tsp Salt
1¼ lb boneless skinless Chicken Thighs
2 Tbs Lime Juice
1¼ cup Miracle Whip
1 lb Gnocchi shaped Pasta
8 oz Sugar Snap Peas
1 Mango peeled & cubed
1/3 cup Honey Roasted Sliced Almonds
Procedure
Combine curry powder, cayenne, cinnamon & salt. (Put into an old salt shaker for better control & more even seasoning) Sprinkle 1 tsp of the mixed spices on one side of chicken thighs.
Broil 6" from heat 8 min. turn & broil another 8 min or until temp is 180°.
Remove let cool & cut to bite size pieces.
Stir remaining mixed spices & 1 Tbs Lime Juice into Miracle Whip. Refrigerate.
Bring large pot of salted water to boil cook pasta until tender but still firm. Add peas during last minute of cooking. Drain & rinse with cool running water.
Toss Mango with remaining Lime Juice. Place in serving bowl with drained pasta, peas, & chicken.
Toss with miracle whip mixture.
Refrigerate.
Top each serving with almonds.
